I can provide photos in dm. Just some angles it looks square and tall and some its just round and slanted. @Orc if you know please write

Normally fat, keep on getting lean
Also forward head posture. If you move your head back it becomes less slanted
I have a real slanted ramus, with ramus asymmetry because of orthodontics.. but I doubt you would

I have a ramus asymmetry too. My right ramus is shorter than left, I can dm you if u want
