Why do I have abs but look fat at the same time

My theory is that, because I’ve been wrestling my brother who’s 240lbs, almost everyday full blown sessions, for the past 2-5 years with some long breaks , and some weight training, my upper abs are weirdly overdeveloped

Also weird fat distribution

Anyways I’m gonna lose more fat
 
Because you're 140 LBS at 5'10? If you leaned out from there you would look like a dehydrated skeleton.

tardcel you have the same amount of muscle on each 6 abs, your fat distribution is just more on the lower part of your torso, hence less visibility

Yeah you're just skinny dude, it's just the illusion because of your slightly wide waist. Bulk up and go to work in the gym and then cut down. However personally I wouldn't bulk up for summertime especially if you're gonna be going out often you wanna look your best. If you don't care then start immediately.

Also is that slight gyno on your right breast?

Why not cut to get the fat off then bulk, it won’t take long and if I’m skinnyfat then maintaining don’t fix the fat part it might make my arms and chest look leaner but not my abs or estrogen hips which bothers me. I would rather be skinny lean then skinny fat

well u would have muh more muscle so it would look like if u would have had less fat
Maybe on my arms and back but not my stomach and building muscle takes long so that will be while

And even if I go on test I could get lean by the time I have the money and resources, which I’m planning to after I cut down

because you're going to gain weight anyways as you go through puberty and you don't need to bulk to gain muscle you'll just fuck with your development and look worse

My theory is that if I cut, I’ll look skinny but I’ll be able to take off my shirt, wear whatever I want, and it will take like 2-3 months max

And then when I do bulk I have a much better foundation, and I will look good the whole time and be comfortable in my body

And if I do bulk first, it will take 6-12 months before I build enough muscle to either cut or the muscle itself makes me look leaner, so that’s a long time

6-12 months for a great physique compared to 2-3 months to be a skinny bitch, ur choice, personally im taking 6-12 months

I live with my mom who knows about BP, incel culture steroids and peptides so it’s risky to keep it in the fridge,

And I can stick to a deficit I’ve been cutting for one month and look way better
 
Bro just go to the gym and have a good diet, ur skinny fat rn and need to put on size dont dirty bulk and cutting will be way easier once ur gonna start. Dont hop on roids until ur 20+

Yeah of course I’ve been going consistently

I also used to go 6x a week taking every set to faliure consistently for 1.5 years straight in the past,

however, I built no muscle during that time since that was before my puberty started, and now a year and a few later I’m back at it and I think I’ll make progress


I got the lifestyle in hand, tracking and weighing food in my fitness pal, cooking everything myself, studying science based lifting etc.

It’s just a normal part of the day
