How can i get away the acne on my forhead. And why i have that? Some people on tiktok say high igf1 and hgh levels but if that would be true i would already be a chad. So what is it.

if you keep your hair on ur forehead it may be oily so wash it. if not just hop on accutane and stop it with the growth spurt cope, the only actual sign of a growth spurt is being taller

Im getting an x ray soon. Im already 6ft too my dad is 6'4 but i dont think i will grow any taller but who knows maybe theere still open

Nice to hear you do "okay". Its the same thing for me. Not bad but also not really happy. Juts emptyness if you know what i mean. Every day goes by fast but slow at the same time. And nothing seems to change. We will defenetly do it brother so keep trying
. Today i tried to buy some healthy food like fish i got 950grams for 4,50$ kinda a good deal. Also some beef meat. So have a good one bro!
