Why do I have lower blood flow/libido on CJC+dac and ipamorelin?

I take 205mcg of ipamorelin 2x a day and 1mg of cjc+dac once a week.
Why is my libido and overall blood flow seem to be reduced even though I’m not noticing any other negative effects?
