Change your bed sheets more often, sleep with a shirt on, don’t let hot water hit your back the entire time you’re in the shower, and don’t eat processed foods. Doing these made my bacne go away. I still get shouldercne from exercising sometimes though it’s kind of unavoidable. If doing all that doesn’t work go to a dermatologist and get doxycycline prescription and prescription grade acne cream.
