why do i have no lateral zygos protrusion?

my palate is average af and i have an ogee curve but shit lateral protrusion

ye my palate is shit my maxilla is narrow my mandible is also somewhat narrow but thank god there's something called masseters

Other factors of the maxillary and mandibular bone may contribute to your ogee curve. You may lack one area but are decent in another area, like genetically lean cheeks.
