why do i have those lines

as y'all see i got some strange lines under my eyes and i dont really know if the issue is my nose or a lack of fat in the lower eyelid or whatever it could be, i swear i always looks like shit on selfie because of that (im planning to get a rhino in turkey this year btw)

Meh, we can already tell from the front his infras are mid. Circles that large and that far down from his lower eyelid aren't due to infras.

did MT2 but for a reason i ignore my face didnt react that well compared to my body (my mom laughed at me for this im not even joking)

His orbital vector is neutral, biggest issue is the hollowness of his periorbital region. His lid-cheek junction is extremely pronounced.

is it a fat distibution issue that accentuate the pronounciation of the junction ? because i found a website that sells 3 bottle of 8ml of lipo lab (better version of aqualyx) and i want to buy it so bad since i look a little bloated in the cheeks
