16yo 188cm, and probably the worst asymmetry you've ever seen, need ACTUAL tips on how to fix. Will resort to surgery if absolutely needed and no big risks or anything. Ignore the hair and robe

Ur side profile is saving you ong
Without surgery: try making ur own research on dermal fillers and Orthodontics (not sure if "dentists" can do anything but might aswell give it a try). Tho I think surgery is the fastest option
But hey atleast ur tall so be happy
