ur left eye has negative canthal tilt while ur right eye has neutral canthal tilt, assymetrical height by sphenoid, also your left side of ur face is droopy in general (eyebrows, eyes, etc, and the image doesnt look tilted)..

i dont think you "look autistic". if anything about how you look would indicate autism it would be your mannerism and stuff.
