Why do i look better with a mouth guard in my mouth

Ive been grinding my teeth lately and my doctor gave me a splint to wear and i legit look way better i dont know why . My maxilla seems bigger and it feels comfortable . My fwthr increases and without the guard my face looks longer

That is a very interesting observation. What brand are you using? I’m gonna try this too. Hopefully it will stretch my mouth a bit.
Also, what does “fwthr” mean?
