Why do I look like a 12 y old while my dad looked like a 16 y old?

i saw pics of my dad at my age and he alr had big hands and way more dimorphic face then me. What tf went wrong shouldn’t my dad be the only genetic dictator for how much test I have and how dimorphic I look ?
