Why do i look like shit irl?

My friend who is also blackpilled keeps saying i look like shit irl and only look good in my pics i take with front camera. Ive tried everything in my power to figure out what i look like unfrauded but i still look decent but this is giving me severe mental breakdowns. This is like the worst pic i've ever taken of myself, yet apparently i still look worse than this irl.

I genuinely dont have any clue what i look like anymore. Im going legit crazy. I really need help man. When i was at this party, I was getting called majestic by some niggas and insane looking but maybe they wre amking fun of me. I legit dont know how i look anymore and i I legit want to fucking end it all man. My friend keeps telling me i look so much worse irl and i dont know what is causing this issue, i dont know i dont know i dont know

if you look differnt from pictures it doent mean its bad just that people are seeing you in 3d and not on a flat screen. lots of changes in depth,shadows, ect from online to irl

Mein Freund, der auch total pessimistisch ist, sagt ständig, ich sähe in echt scheiße aus und nur auf Fotos mit der Frontkamera gut. Ich hab alles versucht, um herauszufinden, wie ich ungeschminkt aussehe, aber eigentlich sehe ich noch ganz okay aus. Trotzdem macht mich das total fertig.
