i Really thought i have my face over analyzed and know my failos and my halos, but lately i've been wearing contacts and i don't recognize myself, at certain angles i look good but when i look at myself exactly from the front, i look like a chipmunk, i look weird with NO APPEAL at all

I have no idea what to do, can someone help me what Techniques (or even just theories) or Surgeries i should do, or just pinpoint my Failos and what i need to improve to get better harmony, because i feel like the more i look at my face the less i know what do i do.

Cuz i feel like i have no idea what to do and i need some advice please :feelsrope:

For softmaxxes, grow out a pedostache to cover the long philtrim and beard for the short lower thirds. Surgeries idk

Yeah i suppose with better Philtrum to Chin ratio (Lip Flip and Genio for chin height Morph) it looks a bit better, but i still feel there is something off i'm just not noticing when looking at my face, like idk what it is, am i really that bloated? Are my massaters too overdeveloped (or whatever), are my zygos not enough and are they bad? are my eyes too close? idk theres something throwing my harmony off

You got a profile shot?

Here's 1 thing though, your lower third isn't tall enough to support your 1:1 bigonial width because your lat-canthus to alar and mandibular body angles aren't parallel or close to parallel.

Ideally you want the angle at which your mandibular body sits in a frontal shot to be the same as the angle between your alar and your lateral canthus.

2 options, reduce bigonial width or make lower third taller.

So reducing my bigonial width would require masseter atrophy since my masseters grew maybe too much for the past year, but i am planning on genioplasty since if i sent my profile shot, you would see the chin is very much recessed, so with the genioplasty i could add chin projection + chin height. You suppose that would make my jaw and masseters look less bloated and better looking?

for reference this is my current chin state (bad) with my desired genioplasty (maybe implant as last option) results (makes my chin atleast average), which could give me extra lower third height right

I was already fairly certain that your chin was recessed, that's why I asked for a profile shot. And yes, moving your chin into correct alignment will increase its perceived, and depending on the approach maybe even real height, which in turn would make your lower third look a lot more balanced.

Thank you so much for your answers. 🙏🏽 Im visiting my orthodontist soon and ask them about genioplasty and what are my options where i live

lefort with rotation for midface
botox for bi gonial width
infraorbital implants for under eye support and lowered scleral show
chin to phitrum is off too lip filler which I would recommend due to your already nice lips or some other bullshit like a piercing or something
fore head width is a bit off usually you want the eyebrows to extend to the edges of the forehead so maybe some growth options to help with hairline
facial fifths and icd are off you could get obo, trim eyebrows, do make up on your nasal bridge or nasal bridge augmentation
