Why do I look retarded when I smile?and solution?

I thinks reason for the eyes being so uneven when I smile is because I tried to get Botox to stop my nose from widening so much when I smile (obviously didn’t work) should wear off in a few months anyways so that isn’t a big concern. Also it looks a lot worse in the picture then irl

I don’t want to sound pessimistic but I think I am cursed. Please help what can I do to fix this. I am planning on getting a rhino plasty over the summer to hopefully fix or alleviate this problem.

I understand there must be an imbalance and overworking of muscles in my cheek along with the facial fat which exaggerate the look even more. Maybe some form a facial therapy could work. Are there any other methods that can help.

Also any recommendations for stronger jaw?

If that’s you actually trying to smile then it’s because you’ve got a short face.

The only solution is to move the maxilla down anteriorly via surgery.

You can look at before and afters, they tend to produce excellent results.

I don’t think it’s possible without surgery.
