get a cephalometric analysis at an orthodontist tbh

but if its just an overbite, either a bsso or bimax will be done depending on the recession of both of your jaws
if bimax protrusion then the ortho will extract a few teeth and probably leave out the jaw surgery bc your mandible + chin projection looks good

2 ortho they said different things…

one said im class 2 and can get bsso the other told me im class 1,5 and can only get braces

overbite usually comes with a recessed mandible and a maxilla that isn't as protruded as yours
bimax will generally have a convex profile, with a recessed chin but protruded lower maxilla. but in some cases can have a normal chin

From what it seems you have no dentoalveolar flaring in your mandible and only in your maxilla, which may mean tooth extraction might just work

but idk im not a qualified orthodontist so take my words with a grain of salt

Orthodontic appliances will just retract your maxilla, which may not be a bad thing in itself considering you essentially have chimp lip. Maybe in your case orthodontics will be enough considering your mandible growth/bottom teeth positioning.
