I used the back camera with 2x zoom from around 1-2 meters away and I look autistic but I don’t look the same way at all in the mirror. If I were shown the 2 different perspectives and was told they were 2 different people, I would believe that. Is there a reason for this and which way do people see me?

you look different in photos than in the mirror because the mirror shows you a reversed image, which you're used to, while a camera shows you how others actually see you. also, camera lenses, distance, and lighting can distort your features in a way that doesn't happen in real life or in your reflection.
people see you how you appear in photos taken with back camera

(especially from a good quality camera with a flattering focal length and lighting, not necessarily a close-up phone selfie)

not how you see yourself in the mirror

Why do I look better in real life then cameras?

So my phone is more accurate than the mirror right? If that’s true, I think I have too much upper eyelid exposure and one of my eyes is less wide than my other. Do you know I could fix this?

a mirror shows you a flipped version of yourself, which you're used to seeing
your face isn't perfectly symmetrical, so this flipped view looks normal/better to you but isn't how others see you
a camera, especially the back camera, captures you as you truly appear to others
this can be jarring because it's a view you're not used to, also keep in mind that cameras have lens distortion
photos capture a fixed moment with specific lighting, which might not be flattering
you also might naturally pose or have a different expression when taking a photo than when looking in a mirror and adjusting yourself

can I really not fix if at 15? Also, could it be my phones bad quality causing the weird pictures? I have an iPhone 11 and it’s pretty old and damaged rn and my eyes don’t look the same at all in the mirror, even up close
