Why do I lose motivation after I ascend

Literally after school break
I didn't even know my face improved
I was barely trying
3 hours running
4l everyday
11 hours of sleep
When it was the first day of school
I started to get compliments I never got, literally my freinds were glazing me
The girls were going crazy over me
Until I started to get comfortable.

I started getting 7 hours of sleep
No cardio
Not even 1 liter a day
I literally lose like 7 kg
Just to gain it back again
This is so brutal

Goal should be to wake up without washing face, havent showered in a week etc and still look good
