Why do I never get IOIs from thick or tan Asians?

I've seen 1 thicc Asian my entire life, and tan Asians(South-East Asians) aren't common in the U.S. Combine that with you being subhuman and barely getting iois in the first place, you don't have many opportunities to get them.
