Why do I not care about girls or friends after going on a calorie deficit? Anyone else?

I mean like stressed out not having a girlfriend, not having friends, like for example


WHen I DM girls I don't care I say what I want even if its risky

I also saw a lot of kids outside my age having fun when I was by myself, like A LOT of kids in a crowded space, and I did not care where my old self would've God depresswed

my closest friend went to a lit event without me and with other friends and I did not care

I just don't care, I'm ok being alone now

I just don't care what people think

1: Embarking gymcelling and the lifestyle made me focus on other things and enjoy not being with friends, give me confidence to not care what ppl think bc its like I'm gonna get shredded and there not mental thing

2: Testosterone decrease, but that only applies for woman not friends or anything else
