Sometimes even if my tongue is on the right angle of the palate I don't feel shit like I feel I am doing it wrong even if it's wrong I feel wrong and even if it's right I feel that my tongue is not working properly on the left side of my tongue

Mewing, when I like put my tongue on the palate, I feel like I am doing it wrong or the left side of my tongue isn't forcing, maybe cause I have recessed maxilla, could be cause of that

could u help me with stuff, cause i dont really know what i should do cause most of the methods use peptides and other stuff, i want like natural things that could atleast help me, i have tried eyelid pulling and genuinely it helped me or i guess its just my mind hallucinating, cause i've monolid eyes

i do walking and exercises everyday and i've mostly cut my junk food only eats like crisps 2 times a week only
