i am jacked n lean so it can’t be low t innit? I lift 6x a week and do cardio after 4-5x a week. Also eating a lot of home made food with protein n fats, minimal drinking

Because if ur low t you can’t commit to this level of activity, im also continually making strength gains from the increase in calories

I’m about 13-14% bf, decently lean but not like shredded.

I will say I’ve been eating more and have not felt like napping and am getting stronger in the gym so maybe in a couple weeks it’ll help alot

When I used to be 10-12% bf in the summer I def couldn’t get hard so I can’t do that again, but I was very lean
 
Cut down on the frequency. 10 sets for every muscle group/week is 95% of gains. 4 days of strength training is enough to hit them all.
For cardio just do slow pace, like walking 10k steps and you're good

Ah damn, thag might be it. I’m hitting legs twice a week (8-11 sets each work out, so 16-22 a week). My other days (chest, shoulders, arms, back) are 12 sets per body part for the week

So you drink a ton of coffee because you probably don't sleep, and you wonder why you don't get erections during sleep. No point in doing that much exercise if you are sleeping less than the average gamer.

im able to sleep for 7-8 hours but yeah the 2-4 cups of coffee probably fuck up the quality of my sleep

The only times I’ve been legit full on limp was when I was extremely lean n depressed, not the case these days.

I am stressed out more than usual lately so that’s a factor tho. Def gonna go out this weekend or something. Unironcally I get raging morning wood the day after going out and drinking with my homies jfl, prob bc of just easing up

if you’re on a cut then low calories plus high intensity exercises can increase cortisol and adrenaline which can lower testosterone

Try viagra and see if it helps. For me it did nothing so I knew the issue wasn't blood flow and must be health/porn addiction related.
