Why do i only get acne on my chest and barley any on my face?

y is acne only on my chest not even my fucking face is that normal? ik im a teen but still

is this a sign of high T levels or low
this is a month apart my chest is getting worse and im scared to hop on gear ever because ima get a polkadot chest

i might be over reacting cause i never get acne ever and now it's the worst it has ever been on m chest
