Why do I only get hit on or glances when I'm with a friend or group of people?

Never been hit on or talked to once alone in public. But when I'm with friends even if they are uglier then me the odds a girl or group of girls will look at me or talk to us goes up a lot.

Idk maybe they think I'm a weirdo if I'm alone at some store

I think being around a group of friends makes you seem more NT even if you're not which makes you more approachable to females. I have no friends IRL, but when I did no girls approached us either cause we were subhuman mentalcels.
