Why do i only have pimples on my Face cheeks ????

I dont wanna brag but i have the clearest skin humanly possible besides my cheeks why
i dont even touch my cheeks
i always touch my forehead and dont even get one pimple there ?????

okay my only problem zone are the cheeks and my back but i really dont get it why i only get pimples on my cheek like above the beard
