why do i only lose weight on ashwaganhda

i know it’s copewagandha but i’ve lost the most amount of weight whilst using it, i was 102kg last summer and im down to 83rn, i lost about 7kg in 2023 autumn winter and then stalled for a couple months after i stopped taking it, i ate a lot and went back
up to 88kg this summer and i started taking it again and im down to 83. why tf does it do this to me??? i was sticking to my -500 deficit 95% of the time with gym but no losses but now ive been on and off it and barely doing anything but im losing it 10x easier

is it cope or is it actually working?

i don’t think so, i could eat like a horse and i make sure i hit my 1750 goal everyday no matter what. it just gives me magic powers or something
The one general rule for weight loss that applies in 99.999999 percent of cases is that if you are in a calorie deficit, you will lose fat, and the bigger the deficit you're in, the more fat you lose in a specific amount of time.

So if you notice you're taking aswaghanda and losing more weight, it means that because of aswaghanda you are either:

A: Eating less calories
B: Exercising more
C: Both

I've never heard of ashwaghanda having this effect honestly, valuable to know

i don’t know if it’s something i’m doing or what i’m eating, but i eat like shit right now (tons of drinks and sugar) and i’m rotting inside whilst getting a job, so i’m literally exercising twice a week or so whilst sometimes going over my deficit
