Why do i still have horrendous bacne at 21 years old

My bacne never went away until I got on finasteride, I had to get off it and now it’s back again, my back is completely scarred up at this point but my face is fine it makes no sense.

I don’t see people with bacne my age anymore.

ik but i dont feel like it should me affecting me out of puberty but yeah to much androgens. Might hop back on fin and become celibate for the rest of my life.
