The whole fucking concept of race maxing is daft you can't change skin thickness, cranial base angle and the overall structure of ones skull I don't even know why people suggest race maxing would help anyways a hyper prominent maxilla is not always a good thing some races are way more forward grown than others especially in the orbital vector if your more forward grown then a hyper prominent maxilla helps but other than that you can't really match 1 trait good on a white and apply that to a Indian or middle easterner or south east Asian or south Asian
For instance this guys skull hardly looks like sean o pry or a white chad

Just comparing his skull to a German guy here you can tell they have different skulls

Attractive chads exist of all races and trying to change skull proportions of a different race makes no fucking sense it's not only impossible but if you surgically try you will get a very uncanny face
