Why do I store fat around the stomach / hips mostly?

Is this genetics or normal for men? Also why is it so hard to lose FAT instead of lean body mass as a natty man?

me knowledge on blood tests is bad so i can be wrong

free T is what you body use not total T , so if you free T is also high then there is a another reason that you store fat around the hip
