Why do i suddenly hate lifting

I used to love ts for like 3 months and would love working out so much i would sometimes do it multiple times a day and now i fucking hate it and cant stand it why is this and how can i get back into it

Man for me everything else is fine except for Deadlifts too much energy used up from it

Try to hit the gym for a full year then we can talk. Typical hype for any newcomer to lifting that dissipates after a few months, seen it too many times.
