I wake up with my back soaked and forehead slightly wet, what the fuck

I think it's starting to affect my skin cause I woke up with a pimple today, what can I do

High adrenaline, due to low blood sugar levels and low sodium. Have a high carbohydrates meal with some salt at dinner. And when meal is digested fully, empty stomach, take 1/2 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate mixed in water before you go to sleep.
