In my country, back in the 50s, you would be most likely married to a woman that you weren't attracted to, she wouldn't be attracted to you either, you would fuck her ONLY to reproduce with the lights turned off ofc, you woudn't even talk with her for the majority of the day, you would likely be in different rooms most of the time and the best thing you could look forward to is coming back home from work, sitting at the table and smoking cigarrettes.
