He'd become average if he put in effort into his style/hair/skin and got an eye lift to fix the asymmetrical eyes. He's got prominent face bones, almost all face shapes for men are attractive as long as it's prominent. I think they see him as ugly because he's unpolished and looks creepy (mustache, dead eyes).

Long midface, weak recessed mandible, narrow head, doe eyes, balding, poor zygomatic and orbital bone structure, bad skin, weak frame. Blackops2cel has very few, if any, redeeming qualities to his looks. He only become inoffensive to the eye after a long exposure period.
