bones aside, most indians are 20%+ body fat while blacks are athletic and lean
also the south asian skin tone is very weird, too dark to pass as a caramel tan but too light to pass as blacks
those who are a bit lighter still have the 2 toned hyperpigmented lips which ruins colouring

now bones wise, most indians have bad eye genetics and receeded hairline
black people just have crazy zygos and jaws in general
