I'll never forget this Colombian b*** at the hostel while I was backpacking that greeted me with a namaste and wobbled her head at me trying to be friendly and I put her in her place saying she is being ridiculously offensive and not everyone does that. Her expression literally changed and was playing the "oh my, I was just being friendly, I love India, and I love how expressive their language is". Not sure if some people are just that insentient or arrogant or delusional.

In fact travelling made me realize it's the other non white ethnicities that are all explicitly racist to each other. Whities express it more with microaggressions if you observe closely but are the least racist on the surface (which in some ways feels a lot worse and colder too).
