Blue collar jobs are the closest to what humans were meant to do. The conditions might be bad but it's better for you as an animal than being in an office 9hrs minimum and then hide in your cave.

Even if you enjoy doing it, which is my case to some extent (and I WFH). Screen time and being forced in a chair fucks you up mentally.
yeah, it's also way more satisfying doing stuff with your hand, like you can see what you're producing, but with White collar crap, it's all abstracted away so you don't get that same satisfying feeling.
