Before and after I found of a guy who done jaw implants and infraorbital rim implants. Imo the after looks uncanny, and it doesn't fix the issue of downward growth.

Heres a morph I made of the before using some photoshop skills. I made it so he got bimax, implants

As you can see the mandible and cheekbone line up parallelto eachother and doesn't give that uncanny effect. Im sure there was a post about this but I can't seem to find it.

Anyway what do you guys think, is it worth it getting that bimax or just bandaid solution it like jaw implants and zygo/infra orbital implants.

Also Is it possible to still get rid of the uncanny effect by shaving cheekbones + zygo implants to make the lines parallel when getting jaw implant to hide downward growth.

essentially shaving that lower part of the zygos to make it parallel with the new jaw implant

harmony is more important than bone.

he looks better in the after regardless, but loses harmony, would've been better off if he just lost weight.

Hard to say with this weird angle, and the difference in lighting and stubble.

Na hes got good bones. just need to softmax by getting better brows, eyelashes, fuller lips, hair, better skin and tan.

Are you on about the actual after or the morph I done?
nah he aight he just needs bimax, trimax, rhino, botox, liposuction, blepharoplasty and everything under the sun.

Do you think he would've benefitted from bimax like my morph. He already has short nose but long philtrum so idk if he would be a good candidate for bimax.

all he needed was hyoid suspension + some chin fillers + lose weight.

see the angles I drew on his zygo and mandible. I have parallel ones on one side profile, but my mandible on other side profile is downgrown more than other one (i.e. higher gonial angle), its so fucked. I think bimax is only way to truly fix the asymmetry

Like this but not as bad. I dont think implants for this issue is good idea. what do you think? I can maybe test out with fillers

it doesn't add much to his face, forward growth is unnecessary for most people.

fixing recession is more important than creating stand-out features, women don't go for the guy with the best jaw, they go for the guy with the least amount of visible recession, even if all their individual features are only so-so.

so he would have been better getting bimax first and then jaw implants?
I dont know but probably. Best to ask a surgeon as everyone has different needs. But yeah a CCW rotation looks better instead of jaw implants

This is a great example of having a great chin angle with a mediocre jaw. Something like genio or an implant would not help a case like this. He already has a very strong chin. The main problem is his jaw not being the most forward set. Adding more chin will just look comical here.

They are too big or not custom made/cheap.

You also need to lose weight before you do facial surgery. Do you know what you truly look like.
