Eh depends, Arabs and Jews are Semitic in origin to be fair, the Palestinians themselves are overwhelmingly Levant in ancestry with very minor input from actual Arabs ( Gulf Arabs ), all other “Arabs” like North Africa and Levant down to Iraq are just an arabised Semitic people, the hate is likely just regarding the conflict with the Palestine-Israel conflict.

it's kinda ironic since the 2 religions are much closer to each other than to any other religion, even culturally
