Why do LL results vary?

What do you think about gettin LL done in turkey (15-20k€) to go from 1,79 to 1,85? I’m muscular. In GER most guys are 1,85+

Honestly something you'll have to find out yourself.
Most would probably call you a retard as 179 isn't short, but again, German people are tall.
Having muscular legs are a disadvantage going into this as well.

I know a guy who did quadruple LL to go from 5'8 to 6'2. He also got orbital implants and even dick lengthening surgery JFL. He is currently scheduling medial canthus z-plasty to create downturned medial canthus for maximum hunter eyes. True looksmaxxer.
