Only reason its considered light weight is cause most guys are overweight, if men were healthy the average 5'9 guy would weigh around 150 witch is lwk optimal

If you’ve gymmaxxed you’d be around 23.5 to 25.5 BMI while still being sub 15% bf. That’s ideal to not get called as victim weight/ twink by male peer groups

If you are 5’9 you gotta bulk up and get lean again while being above 165lbs (at 15% bf or lower) rather than 145lbs.

depends on height but for average height 145-155 is ideal depends how much muscle u can build
