I don't think they do. Most Middle Eastern men I've seen are short and feminine looking apart from being hairy.

I remember going to the government office to get my driver's license renewed and there were some Arab men there and I was astonished at how dimunitive and non-threatening they looked.

JFL this guy looks like me, only that I'm around 5.5 PSL with lighter skin and a bit of freckles around my nose
same hair (only mine is a little wavier), same eye colour, similar features and all
Also I don't wear all that tacky jewellery and I look like some gamer dork than a badboy
