It's there in the rules but every time I report a racist comment that is clearly provocative in nature nothing happens.

This leads me to the conclusion that the mods are biased and have racial prejudices. As the administrator of the site is it @Alexanderr s responsibility to ensure the moderators do not enforce rules selectively. As this has not been addredsed I can only conclude that @Alexanderr is racist and this site upholds racist values
