The only ones who have both as dark are the African continental countries
So I guess India isn't as hot as them, so it just affected one? No idea tbh, but it would most likely have due with climate and the spicy diet

It’s just due to increased melanin and UV ray exposure. Exfoliate your lips and put 4% hydroquinone on them and you’ll see a big difference

And lower lips is dark pink/purplish

Yeah u can take it without docs prescription, just go to any pharmacy and ask for hydroquinone. I bought a 2% hydroq solution, I wanted 10% but it wasn't there
