How are tongue and lip ties affecting my looks

Tongue tie (I believe grade 3):

Mouth and nose (I have uneven giganarrow lips):

What benefits can I see from getting tongue and lip ties removed and will it be worth it

I've heard this can be improved with myofuncitonal therapy would that be worth looking into
