on average blacks and curries have the worst eye areas, even the lightskin blacks (half black bald white) and lighter indians still have this trait

There are different factors that influence average height,not just climate.
But people from very cold climates are always short, stocky and Asian looking.

Average height in Netherlands was like 5'4" 100 years ago.
Meanwhile African malnourished cels tribes are still reaching average height of 6'4".
