Why do most men who are on par with a women of the same weight for example, look bloated and boneless. Meanwhile women have some bones or angularity

Women who are the same weight as men or even bit heavier still have more “defined“ and “carved out“ faces than the men.
Even if you count out make up, women seems to have better facial bone structure or atleast it may look like that.
