Why do most redpillers hate on hardmaxxing

I'm in this online course, and this guy was talking about his plans to do a hardmax and explaining the benefits and I looked at it and thought this is a good idea from the guy, it's really going to ascend him. But when I look at the replies/comments on his post, they were hating, calling him a twink, saying he's doing this to look masculine, he's a twink, etc. This guy already actually looked pretty decent, and his physique was pretty good for his age as well; he was lean and had good muscle mass. Everyone was hating on this guy, telling him bro don't do this shit, wtf are you doing, etc. Honestly, I think they were just trying to hold the guy back. Because the whole point of redpill is that it isn't over and that you can looksmax, build a physique, and look better, so idk why they hated that this guy was going to get a palate expansion to ascend. It was weird to me. They're probably just coping tbh.

it clashes with core redpill ideology which attraction and success come mostly from frame, confidence, status, game, lifting naturally, and inner game rather than bone structure or extreme surgical changes. While blackpillers think looks are the end it be all but if you ask my opinion after living in the real world. Both are wrong. The female reality is a lot more nuanced and complicated than that.
