I have zero actual knowledge of laws in Kuwait. But I feel confident in speculating that in Kuwait immigrants have few if any rights and are entitled to no benefits, and can be deported for spitting on the side walk. In the US immigrants have all the legal rights of a US citizen, and most of financial benefits of being a US citizen, in a few leftist US cities they even bend over backwards to show how progressive they are, and immigrants have advantages US citizens don't get.
