Why do my arms go numb and start tingling when I work out?

Better warmup might help

it’s because your nerves get compressed in your movement, I used to have it but i stopped it by switching to a different exercise where there’s less strain on my joints :bigbrain:

It only happens like once a week though and I do the same warmup everyday besides leg day. I’ll look into it though

Isn’t there a tone of strain on your joints no matter what exercise you do?

idk but i used to get it on straight bar tricep push downs and rope push downs but they went away when i started using cuffs
