i feel like my bones hurt, my finger joints, knees, back, neck, jaw why do all of my bones hurt

this has been going on for 3 days

maybe bonesmashing will fix this? :owo:

calcium is so fucking annoying cause nothing has enough of it
ur gonna need a supplement
for context u need 5 cups of milk to get enough daily calcium
just get any calcium supp from ur local pharmacy
u should probably hurry though sounds like its been going on for a long time or else ur skeleton wouldnt be hurting

make sure u check the back so it says it has at least 100% of your daily nutritional value
sometimes u have to take two pills per serving
also take it after your main meal of the day, ideally with a cup of milk
this is for max absorption

also might wanna get magnesium cause it also is just as important for bones as calcium
for vitamin d just go outside without sunscreen
u need to be at least outside for 2 hours per day with your arms uncovered and face uncovered to get enough vitamin d from the sun
dont listen to niggas who say 15 minutes is enough, its not because ur wearing clothes and its not the season for peak uv rays yet
