Why do my cheekbones look like this

This is from the front or sort of a 3/4 view
And I wanted to ask if my cheekbone growth is good or if it’s bad + my UEE whenever I take a photo from the side it looks like this (in the red circle) and I was wondering if there’s anything to fix or reduce it I’m 17 if that helps. Thank you for your inputs everyone.
